Which formats do you offer?
We offer printed photos and digital photo files. Choose the format requested by your application.
What size are the printed photos?
Our UK passport print format is 35 × 45 mm, with head height of 29–34 mm. Digital applications use different file requirements; bring your application instructions.
Can you email the photo to me?
Yes. Choose a digital copy for $24.99, or prints plus digital for $39.99, plus tax.
Can I see my photo before it is printed?
Yes. You review and approve your photo before printing. If you are not happy with it, we retake it on the spot.
What if my photo is rejected?
If an official agency rejects the photo because it does not meet its photo requirements, we retake it at no additional cost. Read the acceptance and refund policy
