Yes. If your photos are rejected by any official agency due to non-compliance with their photo requirements, we retake them at no additional cost.

Appointments are recommended but not required — walk-ins are welcome during business hours. Booking online ensures minimal waiting time during busy periods.

Everyday clothing in solid colours. Avoid white or very light tops that blend with the background. Religious attire is permitted as long as your face is fully visible.

For most passports (Canadian, US, UK) glasses are no longer allowed. If medically necessary for other documents, ensure no glare and that your eyes are clearly visible.

Yes — every service includes properly formatted digital files for online applications, emailed to you immediately after your session.

A neutral expression with a closed mouth is required for most passport and visa photos. We recommend neutral to ensure acceptance for all document types.

We do not take baby or infant photos. Children’s photos are subject to studio authorization; please contact us before visiting to confirm availability.
